Helping People Achieve their Most Beautiful Smiles

I enjoy empowering people to take control of their oral health. I love when I can restore or improve someone’s confidence with a smile makeover. And I am glad when I can move a patient out of dental pain and increase their quality of life. Being a dentist is about helping people: physically and emotionally. I cannot imagine a more fulfilling profession.

I love building long-term relationships with patients, keeping up on changes in their lives during their visits. Every person has their own stories and experiences to share and I am humbled when a patient chooses to confide in me. I enjoy the bonds we form, which often become friendships, and what I learn from each person. Our conversations enrich my life.

I am happy when my team and I are able to help a person who has dental anxiety. By providing a supportive environment, offering painless care, and encouraging the patient to talk about their worries, we’re able to help people overcome their fears. When a patient smiles and thanks us for making a procedure a breeze, and says they’re looking forward to coming back, I’m thrilled. I want my patients to truly care about their dental health!

I am a life-long learner. Dentistry is a rapidly evolving specialty and I want to keep up with the latest techniques, protocols, and innovations. This allows me to offer my patients the very best care and treatment options.

Beyond the Office

I was born and raised in Hagerstown and now live in Middletown, MD. My wife, Kristen, helps with the administrative side of our practice and all the marketing.  My wife is an avid horse back rider and I love watching her ride our horse, Merlot and spending time with our two English Bulldogs, Sherman and Patton.  And on the weekends, we both enjoy exploring new restaurants and hot spots in our Frederick community.
